Le Manoir Dining Room
Nestled on the ground floor of the stately Manor House, Le Manoir Dining Room overlooks our picturesque swimming pool, beach, and manicured Tea Garden. Indoors amid soft grey hues, graceful décor—incorporating historic artworks and photographs, dark wood furnishings, and wrought-iron chandeliers—reflects the building’s renowned past as a stately island home, while an outdoor seating area provides a captivating alfresco alternative.
Floating Market
Situated in the soothing, modern Iridium Spa Pavilion, surrounded by water, with a welcoming lounge area, Floating Market presents a premium dining experience. Named for the food market in Thailand where fresh produce is sold on boats, the restaurant unites harmonizing tactile surfaces—from rich, smooth marble to floors and ceilings crafted from wood beams—with black, red, green, and gold hues, and antique decorative objects. An abundance of plants and flowers and a calming Asian musical soundtrack add to the matchless space, which is illuminated by creative chandeliers fabricated from birdcages.
Simply India
Journey across an ocean amid the colonial setting and profound flavors of this signature restaurant. Simply India’s chefs have taken authentic traditional dishes from all regions of the country and added elegant touches for fine-dining experiences. A menu designed for sharing comprises myriad tandoori specialties and subtle blends of Indian spices with local produce.
All together nourishing, Atsuko, which means "serenity" in Japanese, unites a relaxing, contemporary environment with healthy, inspired Japanese cuisine. A natural colour scheme of blonde woods, bamboo, and beige set the stage for Japanese-named tables, like the Emperor’s table, and views of the intimate garden. Meanwhile the menu comprises of meticulously selected seafood, meat, and vegetables. We will make sure that every single one of your special requests is taken care of and that an exquisite menu finds its way to your table.
